Field Trip Fee & Photo Release Agreement
Your group will be guided by a farmer who will take you on an in-depth, interactive tour. We're happy to tailor your tour to the specific interests of your group.
The cost for each participant (yes, chaperones and attendees) is $10, with a minimum payment of $100. If your group is less than 10 or unable to pay our farmer, please consider attending our weekly Saturday farm tour at noon.
Our community farm is committed to maintaining an open-door and providing education. Your tour fee is the only financial support we receive for teaching you. If you are aware of grants or other funding that will allow us to expand our Field Trip program, please let us know.
By registering for a Field Trip with Green Gate Farms, you agree to allow our staff take photos of yourself, as well as all participants that enter the farm.
AGREEMENT AND WARNING: I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGES, AND OTHER LOSS THAT MAY RESULT FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES, pursuant of Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 75A.
